At Price Point, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion finds aren't quite right, you can return or exchange any unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your Price Point account and select the order you wish to return to generate your unique Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unworn items back into their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label from your email and securely tape it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to any authorized carrier drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
